Yes, In terms of Aiport Hotels, it is relatively quick and easy for me to get to Heathrow, and Gatwick is also possible. As you may well know, Airport  and Hotel Parking is often not cheap, so if parking is not free at your hotel, this amount will need to be added to the agreed rate.  Alternatively if not driving, and the booking finishes very late or very early in the morning, the cost of a taxi may be added. If this is the case, we will agree this in advance.

In terms of all hotel bookings, there is need for discretion for both of us. To prevent embarrassment in case one or either of us get challenged by hotel staff,  i will need your room number and the name you checked in under, BEFORE i enter the hotel. I do appreciate your need for privacy, and i will never keep your details, but for my own safety and assurance, it is necessary.

It is often better if you can come to meet outside the hotel, especially if you would like me to arrive very late at night, or alternatively, tell the hotel you are expecting a guest/ colleague, sister, girlfriend etc.
