GFE simply means Girl Friend Experience..  When i meet people, i prefer to offer a more relaxed, intimate meeting; kissing, touching, flirting, laughing, talking, affection, all the nice things that you experience with a girlfriend but without the hassle..   rather than a cold wham bam...thank you and leave.. 

Of course, if you don't like that then no GFE, its your choice!
