I was sitting last night sipping a lovely bottle of red wine (yes! I was using a glass!) given to me by one of my fabulous regualar clients, pondering life, the universe and everything..
And i thought to myself how lucky i am.. I'm healthy, i have a good, enjoyable 9-5 job, a nice roof over my head and a great network of family and friends- which is as much as most people have, if not more. But then i also have my "other" AW life. its maybe not for everyone, and it has its down sides, but on the other hand, it is such an experience.
I get to dress up in nice clothes, to meet new and interesting people all the time.
I have sweet thoughtful blog readers who keep in touch with me, a fantastic and naughty photographer who feeds me grapes by hand, i have wonderful, charming regular clients who always have a glass of bubbly or some nice wine at hand, who treat me soooo well- lovely trips abroad, wonderful dinners in restaurants, nights in wonderful hotels, little presents, good wishes when i am poorly, lots of wonderful naughty experiences and maybe most importantly of all lots of courtesy and respect.
Maybe i am just lucky, but if this is luck, hey, long may it last!
